Spring or direct lever configurations allow mild to fully manual control over the brew process enabling users to learn about and dial in different roasts and shot styles through temperature and pressure profiling. Without the need for a pump, our novel PID control algorithm allows for consistent shot temperatures and the ability to steam milk all in a compact machine with a timeless look.
