It's our great pleasure to introduce our Leva SA which is our reinterpretation of the classic spring leva espresso machine. This innovative machine has many unique characteristic, some of which are now patented.
The LSA, has been designed and manufactured by us in Naples, a city where over 75 percent of bars use lever espresso machines. In those bars, two baristi working a single shift may use up to 15 kilograms of coffee in the production of 2000 espressos in a day! This represents an enormous workload on a conventional lever machine.
With these professionals in mind, we are launching our LSA lever system, which decreases workload by 30% and fine control of espresso shot temperature.
